Industry YouTube removes monetization from channels under 10K lifetime views

YouTube removes monetization from channels under 10K lifetime views

You tube took a bold step to satisfy advertiser and keep ads running against offensives content.
They implemented for a Channel to must require a 10,000 views life time. After this requirement creators will be eligible for monetization. Those who never ever applied for it must require 10k views then they will be considered eligible for it.

“After a creator hits 10k lifetime views on the channel, we’ll review their suspicious activity against our policies. If everything looks good and OK, then we’ll bring this channel into YPP and begin serving and sharing ads against their content,” writes Ariel Bardin, VP of Product Management by You tube.

When the You Tube Partner launched their 1st Program in 2007, channels had to simply apply, and only an elite few were accepted in this context. It appears that You Tube does not prefer to screen channels for content quality, but rather just bases with community guidelines and advertiser policies.

Last month, over 250 advertisers suspended their contracts with Goggle in a move that Analysis makers said could cost the company over $750 million.

This change has been made in this month. The channels who want ads and monetize themselves must gain 10k public views otherwise they will not get advertisement from You Tube. It is a very strict rules for the beginners and they must have to follow it otherwise they will not pay money. After this rule, it is now not easy for the people to get money from the Yuu Tube.
